Refund Policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Eco Bag Plus will reimburse the full cost of the item if:
- The product was shipped to you in error.
- The product has not been worn, used, or damaged.
If the merchandise was shipped to you in error, or it arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of normal ground freight for the return. Please contact us by phone or email prior to returning any merchandise to obtain the necessary shipping information.
Non-Returnable Items
- Special order and seasonal items are final sale.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Imprint artwork color does not meet the customer’s expectation.
- The item is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or used for reasons not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund:
- If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
- If rejected, we will notify you of the reason for denial.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted.

Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Eco Bag Plus cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
